This page explains what applies when you receive a document, a presentation or any other file from us.

What you can do

You can read, assess and use the content for the purpose it was delivered for. If you are a client of ours, the rights set out in your engagement agreement apply. They take precedence over this page.

What requires an agreement

Without a written agreement with us, the content may not be

reproduced or published, in whole or in part
shared with third parties outside the purpose it was delivered for
stored in external databases, knowledge bases or cloud services that are not part of the recipient’s ordinary operations
used to train, fine-tune or query AI models and language models

Reservation against text and data mining

Nonspace AS expressly reserves its rights against text and data mining of all content we produce, regardless of format and distribution channel. The reservation is also embedded in machine-readable form in our files and on nonspace.no.
